Happy Halloween!

In the spirit of this spooky season, we wanted to feature one of our recent projects. This summer, Meow Wolf’s fourth permanent immersive exhibit opened at Grapevine Mills in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. 

Dubbed “The Real Unreal”, Meow Wolf’s newest experience includes work from 40+ collaborating artists. One Floor Up was on location to capture all the sights – the neon colors, arcade-inspired glow-in-the-dark rooms, and melting walls.

Here’s just a sneak peek at some of that footage, to help get you in the Halloween mood-

In an effort to maintain Meow Wolf’s regular business hours, the One Floor Up crew shot overnight. Senior Producer, Jessica Flueck, took this – and a whole host of unusual circumstances – in stride.

She says, “Meow Wolf is a wild, mystical, magic carpet ride through a trippy alternative world! You never quite know if you are seeing things, or if it’s all real! Mix that backdrop with two night shoots, in a mall with a motley crew of creative people and crazy creatures. It makes for an experience I won’t soon forget.”

We love that our clients are constantly introducing us – literally and figuratively – to new worlds. With a revolving door of such fascinating content, it always makes for a howling good time here at One Floor Up.
