Happy January 1st! It’s that time of year when we declare a fresh start. To mark the occasion, we light up the sky with fireworks, drop a glittery ball on Times Square, feast on special foods, and plunge into icy cold waters.
I know it’s cliche, but I’m using the new year to re-focus on exercise and nutrition after having a baby in early 2023. Not exactly a bucket-list item, but – in addition to juggling daily life with two kids – it will feel like a big victory!
